Ability to control where CSS/SCSS files are loaded
Just realized this gap…please add the ability to control whether a stylesheet is loaded in the <head> or at the bottom of the <body>. Ideally allow selection of common wp actions (wp_head, wp_footer, wp_body_open, admin_head, admin_footer, login_head, login_footer)
