Choose which users can access SnipVault

Feature Request

On some of my clients pages there are several admin users. It would be nice to be able to limit the access to SnipVault to a specific user. And also to a specific user role.

    I want Role or User based Access Control for Snippets. Right now, specific users who have access to snippets can view all available snippets.
