Suggested UI conditions adjustments for clarity

At the moment the icons for expanding and contracting certain areas are very similar to the ones used for adding something:

In the conditions example the red icons are used for expansion whereas basically the same orange icon is used to add conditions - I’d suggest these should be more distinct for clarity as to me it’s not clear if clicking on the expansion icons will expand/contract or add/remove.

In addition, at present, there is no indication of what conditions are applied to the template without first expanding that area, or indeed that any conditions are applied at all. I’d therefore suggest that if conditions are applied there is a visual indicator that this is the case without the need for expanding the area and/or that the area is automatically expanded if conditions are applied?
