Warnings generated by PHP snippets prevent the entire snippet from running

I had a snippet that I spent hours trying to determine why it wasn’t running. The “Errors” panel showed a warning (but no errors). It turns out that this warning prevented the snippet from executing.

Warnings shouldn’t halt execution.

It would be nice if any errors that prevent execution of snippets were shown on the dashboard—clearly indicating which snippets the errors pertain to.
