Ability to change filenames

Please add an ability to change the unique filename. I think the added endnumbers would only make sense, when you have multiple files with the same name. Similar to the auto id naming in WordPress taxonomies for example. At the moment it just makes things more complicated to remember when including files.

WP CLI Problems

I use this on a managed server from Hetzner. Processing is displayed for a long time and then an Error 500 appears at some point. How can I get CLI to work?

Cron type snippet

Quick register a cron job, and it will more power if can include or run another PHP snippet inside the cronjob content.

the ability to export all snippets and folders with one click

It would be cool if there was an option to export all snippets and folders with one click. I know there's an option to export one by one... but if you have a lot of snippets :-( and i can't export the folders, i have to recreate the folders on the new installation and then sort the exported snippets... Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Public library

Can you add a public snippets library on the website that we can share our own snippets with others and we can use snippets from other users too it can be public for everyone, we can create collection/favorites copy/download, share snippets and other features? I think this will be very helpfull for ud and let the plugin growth 👍

I noticed that my license key is missing again. I entered it again and saved. When I return to Settings again it’s gone again. v.1.2.1.1.

Admin with condition, example for widget.php, tool.php, edit.php,.. or for specific admin url. Or only admin_footer/header Schedule snippet, only run in range of time. For all type of snippet: Only run if user meta key match some value Only run if user role is… Use the page referrer/last visited page url as a condition. Load this snippet based on another snippet being loaded.

Ability to upload a featured image per snippet

We are currently using Woody Snippets and have developed our own add-on for it. If we include an image URL in the snippet description, it’s rendered as an image. The advantage of being able to set a “featured image” on a code snippet is that you can quickly, visually scan through your list of snippets. Each snippet in our setup typically solves an issue or implements a new feature, and by adding an image you can immediately see how that functionality will look once the snippet is activated. Furthermore, it’s much faster, since a picture often conveys more than a thousand words. I would therefore like to have an option in the SnippetSettings (for example a Yes/No toggle) to display that image alongside the snippet. Ideally this would appear as a small thumbnail that you can click to view the full-size image.

This allows you to schedule when a snippet should be active — perfect for limited-time offers, seasonal scripts, or time-sensitive functionalities without needing to manually enable or disable them.
